To ensure that MIB systems meet the international standards of best practice ISO9000 Series, the company has undertaken the "Business Growth through Quality Program", a business improvement program capable of providing an appropriate externally certified quality system developed by the Australian Quality Council (Audit reference number AQC 7610).
This pilot program takes MIB through the process of building a quality system which fully conforms to the AS/NZS/ISO9002 framework, but is unique to the insurance broking industry.
MIB’s commitment to quality is also reflected in its substantial investment in technology. Recent upgrading of the company’s information storage and delivery systems has ensured that its IT operations are second to none in the industry.
